01Is ₹499 really the full price, or are there hidden costs?
₹499 is the complete, flat price for one logo project — concepts, revisions, and final files. There are no add-on charges for revisions or file formats.
02What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, so you can pay by UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallets — whatever Razorpay supports for your bank.
03Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Once design work has started on your brief, the fee isn't refundable — the ₹499 covers the designer's time on your concepts. If a payment fails or is deducted without your order reaching us, contact us with your payment ID and we'll sort it out.
04How long does it take to get my first concepts?
Typically 24–48 hours after payment. You'll be contacted on WhatsApp as soon as the first set of concepts is ready.
05Do I need to get on a call?
No. The brief form is designed to capture everything a designer needs. All follow-up — concepts, feedback, and final delivery — happens over WhatsApp, at your own pace.
06What if I'm not sure which logo style I want?
That's completely fine — describe your business and preferences as best you can in the brief, and our designers will recommend the style that fits your industry best.
07How many revisions do I get?
You can request revisions on your chosen concept over WhatsApp until you're happy with the direction, within the scope of the original brief.
08What file formats will I receive?
Final files are delivered in formats suitable for print, web, and social media — typically PNG, JPG, and vector formats like AI, EPS, or SVG.
09Who owns the final logo?
You do. Full ownership of the final, approved logo transfers to you once payment is complete and files are delivered.
10Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking details.
11Will you keep my brand details and files private?
Yes. Your brief, uploaded files, and contact details are used only to design your logo and are not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
12How do I know a real person is designing my logo?
Every brief is reviewed and designed by a working designer on our team — not an automated template generator — which is why concepts are based specifically on what you tell us.
