1. What we collect

When you submit a brief, we collect the details you enter in the form — company name, contact person, email, phone/WhatsApp number, brand preferences, and any files you choose to upload (existing logo, reference images).

2. How we use it

• To design your logo and understand your brand preferences
• To send an order confirmation email and reach out to you on WhatsApp with concepts and updates
• To process your payment securely through Razorpay

3. Payment data

We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We only receive a payment confirmation and ID.

4. File storage

Uploaded reference images and logo files are stored securely on our server and used only to inform your design brief. They are not shared with third parties.

5. WhatsApp communication

The phone number you provide is used solely to contact you about your order on WhatsApp. It is not used for marketing unless you separately opt in.

6. Data retention

We retain order details and files for as long as needed to complete your project and for reasonable record-keeping afterward. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to share, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@searchover.in.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
